Terms of Sale

Seller and product

This author-direct store is operated by Shubham Salgaonkar for the sale of the physical paperback Failing My Way Forward and related future editions. Product format, language, price and availability are shown on the product and checkout pages.

Orders and acceptance

Starting checkout creates only a temporary payment attempt. A customer order is accepted and stock is reduced only after Razorpay confirms that the payment has been captured. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected misuse or an address that cannot reasonably be served.

Payment

Payment is processed through Razorpay Standard Checkout using the payment methods available to the customer. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored on this website. Never share a UPI PIN, one-time password or online-banking password with us.

Pricing, coupons and availability

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Shipping, discounts and the final payable total are shown before payment. Coupon codes may have eligibility limits and may be changed or withdrawn before an order is accepted.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Shipping, cancellation, damaged-copy and refund handling are governed by the Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy published on this website.

Intellectual property

The book text, cover, photographs, website copy and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a copy does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, scan, upload or commercially exploit the work.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or account functions, submit unlawful content or use automated methods that place unreasonable load on the service.

Contact and disputes

Questions should first be sent to shubhamsalgaonkar2000@gmail.com with the relevant order number. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
